1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Member", "User", "you") and mea444 ("mea444", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mea444.org and through the mea444 mobile application.

3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the mea444 platform or requested self-exclusion.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a mea444 employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration

To access mea444's services, you must register a single personal account. Registration requires a valid Malaysian mobile number and the creation of a secure password. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

mea444 is required under international gaming authority licensing conditions to verify the identity and age of all members prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to granting full platform access. KYC documentation requirements include:

• A clear photograph of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back — or your Malaysian passport photo page.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is strictly permitted to hold only one mea444 account. Duplicate accounts, regardless of the reason for their creation, constitute a material breach of these Terms. mea444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mea444 login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure.
• Log out of the mea444 platform after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify mea444 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including mea444 support staff, who will never request your password.

mea444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to comply with these security obligations, except to the extent that mea444's own negligence contributed to the unauthorised access.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your mea444 account wallet are processed via approved Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other participating banks), and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is RM 30. Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one business hour during operating hours, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. mea444 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered under the same verified identity as the mea444 account.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the mea444 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. mea444 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

5.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate mea444 transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms. mea444 reserves the right to suspend your account immediately upon notification of a chargeback and to recover the disputed amount from any remaining balance. Legitimate payment disputes should be directed to mea444 support in the first instance.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

mea444 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback, and other promotional incentives to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have defined validity periods after which unused bonus balances expire.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific game contribution rates are published in each bonus's terms.
• mea444 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent claim patterns are detected.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error during a game session, mea444 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the member's account wallet. 8. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent the one-account-per-person policy.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties or using stolen payment credentials.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mea444 shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond mea444's reasonable control.

mea444's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the mea444 platform shall not exceed the net deposits made to your mea444 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

mea444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to mea444's processing of your personal data as described in that policy. mea444 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

mea444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mea444 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity involves fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious behaviour.
• Your continued access to the platform poses a risk to other members, mea444's integrity, or regulatory compliance.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order or regulatory exclusion directive.

You may voluntarily close your mea444 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

mea444 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mea444 will provide notice to registered members via the platform or by email. Continued use of the mea444 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
